We’ll start processing your order as soon as it’s accepted. We aim to send all orders within 14 days, but please allow up to 28 days for your items to arrive.

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48® with signature required.

Please note that delivery may take a little longer for island locations or remote Highland areas.

Returns & Cancellations

Because personalised items are made just for you, we can’t offer change-of-mind returns.

We can’t replace or refund items when the issue comes from the personalisation details you supplied.

If something arrives faulty or not as expected, we’ll happily sort out a refund or replacement.
