Colours, sizes, and final appearance may vary slightly depending on materials and printing methods.

3. Personalised Items

Personalised items are created based on the details you provide.
Please ensure all spelling, dates, and custom text are accurate, as we cannot be responsible for errors entered during the ordering process.

4. Ordering

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation.
We may decline or cancel orders if:

  • the information you provide is incomplete or inaccurate

  • the product is unavailable

  • payment is not successfully processed

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£).
Payments are accepted via:

  • PayPal

  • Visa / Mastercard (through our secure payment provider)

We do not store or have access to your credit/debit card details.

6. Shipping

Delivery times vary depending on location and customisation requirements.
You will be informed of estimated delivery times at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, adverse weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

Personalised items are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect due to our error.

8. Faulty or Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • contact us within 14 days of receiving it

  • provide photos and your order number
    We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

9. Intellectual Property

All images, designs, and text on this website are our property and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

10. Liability

We are not responsible for losses caused by:

  • incorrect information entered during ordering

  • courier delays

  • misuse of products
    We are only liable for issues caused directly by our error.

Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Personalised Goods

Because all personalised items are made to order, we cannot accept returns or cancellations once production has started, unless the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect due to our error.
This is in line with UK Consumer Contract Regulations.

2. If Your Item Arrives Damaged or Incorrect

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • A description of the problem

We will offer either:

  • a replacement, or

  • a refund

depending on the situation.

3. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Processing times depend on your bank/PayPal (usually 3–10 working days).

4. Exchanges

Faulty or incorrect items will be replaced at no extra cost to you.
