I cannot fix mistakes caused by incorrect details provided.
I can’t create anything that’s:
offensive, abusive, or inappropriate
copyrighted/trademarked without permission
misleading, illegal, or impersonating someone
including someone else’s personal information without consent
Delivery & Returns
Your item is handmade to order.
I aim to dispatch within 14 days (please allow up to 28 days).
Delivered by Royal Mail Tracked 48® — a signature is required.
No change-of-mind returns
Because your item is custom-made, I can’t accept returns or cancellations if you change your mind after ordering.
